What Does BLUE STAR PEST CONTROL charge for their services?

GENERAL PRICING: (these prices will vary based on our inspection)

General Residential Pest Control:
For a homes up to 2,500 square feet
     Initial Service Charge:          $88.00
     Every Other Month Charge: $52.00(which breaks down to $26 a month)
 
Residential Termite Control:   (Post Construction - Re-treatment Contracts)
For Monolithic Slab home between 1,200  to 3,000 square feet
     Initial Treatment Charge will range between: $500 to $800
     The yearly renewal fee for this type of contract will be $95.00

Pricing for our Services is very difficult to do over the phone or to even attempt to standardize a pricing structure in general. It is very difficult because every situation is different. Depending on the structure, surroundings, type of pest problem, where they are nesting and on and on.
 
 
We request that you allow us to come to your home or business to inspect the property to evaluate and assess your current pest problem. This allows us to properly identify the type of pest and type of structure we will have to treat. We then design a proper treatment strategy in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture. This is especially important when we are dealing with termites.
